For all passive components,NTC conducts strictly reliability test according to normal testing,IEC/TIA and GR-326-CORE reliability testing requirements:
1.FAI(first article inspection) Testing for all new designs;
2.End face check(for parts with ferrules only);
3.IL/RL testing (for parts with ferrules only);
4.Ferule end face Geometry check(Fiber height Spherical((+):Protrusion;(-):Undercut) +/-125nm;Radius:7-25mm;Apex offset:0-50um)
5.Environment Test: all fiber optic products comply with the releative IEC and TIA standard and pass strictly GR-326 or other new GR testing before shipping out.

Each connector is thoroughly tested and reported with an interferometric microscope. Additionally, each connector is tested with focus on Insertion Loss ,Return Loss and ROC,Offset and Apex testing in GR326.
All cables tested, serialized, labeled in individual bags with complete test information All connector’s precision molded body and boot are made from UL-rated material. Seikoh Giken’s full range of connectors is available upon request. Specialty cables, master reference and tune adjust cables are also available.
